Our Pastor

Bro. Steve Emerson has been our pastor since January of 2005. Bro. Emerson was married to Diane October 5th, 1990 and they have three children, Stephen, Elijah and Mattea. Bro. Emerson is a graduate of the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Before surrendering to the ministry, Bro. Emerson served in the United States Navy from 1989 until 1997. He was stationed at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Windsor, Connecticut and onboard the USS George Washington out of Norfolk, Virginia.

Bro. Emerson grew up in Prairie Grove, Arkansas and attended Little Elm Missionary Baptist Church.

Our Deacons


 

Bro. Glenn Davidson is our senior deacon. He and Sis. Evon are charter members of our church and are greatly loved and respected. He and Sister Evon have been married for well over fifty years and set a godly example for all in our church and community. They have a great testimony of God’s grace and love working in and through them.
Bro. Robert Eddings has been a member of our church since 1997. Our church quickly grew to love and respect the character and leadership of he and his wife, Danae. Robert and Danae have been married since 1991 and they have two children, Austin and Dylan.

Our Music Ministry

Randy and Beth Walters are our music director and accompanist. Their talents and efforts make our music services an uplifting and worshipful prelude to our study of God’s word. Beth and Randy have been married since 1983 and have four children; Audra, Matt, Emily, and Lindsay.

Our Youth Leaders

Bro. Keith Pettit and his wife Melissa are our youth leaders. We stand in awe of their devotion to our children. Their sacrifices of time, talent, and loving leadership are a reflection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Keith and Melissa have been married since 1985 and have three children; Keisha, Matthew, and Andrea.
